Guiding vulnerable people with a complex past, often from situations of homelessness, addiction, and psychological vulnerability.
- Working with participants towards appropriate care, stability, and social participation.
What you will do.
- Develop skills, such as independent living and household tasks.
- Increase self-reliance, for example, in substance use, structure, and self-care.
- Promote social participation through social contacts and suitable daytime activities.
- Manage your own caseload and share input and advice with colleagues.
- Activate participants for activities outside their room, such as walks or grocery shopping.
Profile
- Willingness to listen to the story and problems of participants.
- Completed a relevant MBO 4 education (Social Work, MMZ, Personal Supervisor, SPW, Nursing, etc.) or nearing completion.
- Value building personal connections and maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Be resilient, able to work independently and collaboratively in a driven team.
- No issues with irregular shifts.
- Christian identity (Catholic, Protestant, or other) and able to articulate its meaning.
Practical
- Stable, predictable working hours and a schedule that accommodates private life.
- A thorough onboarding process with a "buddy" and introduction to colleagues.
