Permits Manager Coordination of Project Decisions & Real Estate Assignments

You will work within multidisciplinary project teams and advise on permit feasibility, viability, and environmental legal risks. Additionally, you will prepare integrated environmental advice, develop research and permit strategies, and contribute to participation and market strategies.

Profile

You are an experienced permits manager or spatial development advisor with extensive experience in complex real estate and area development projects. You possess in-depth knowledge of environmental law, spatial planning procedures, and permit processes, and know how to combine these with administrative sensitivity and project-based work. You are analytically strong, can provide integrated advice, and effortlessly switch between administration, project teams, and external stakeholders.

  • Completed education in Public Administration, Geography, Spatial Domain, Dutch Law
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience within a government organization, a project developer, or area developer

  • Experience with drafting and guiding research and permit strategies
  • Experience with spatial planning and administrative decision-making
  • Experience with spatial development projects
  • Experience with drafting anterior and/or letter of intent agreements
  • Experience with managing and collaborating within project teams

  • Possesses own laptop, computer, and mobile phone
  • Willingness to undergo the required screening procedure
