IT Business Analyst
You will contribute to a strong and future-proof information provision for a large government organization. You will thoroughly understand complex processes and information issues and identify the actual needs behind a request. As a Business Analyst, you work closely with the business, analyze processes and information needs, and provide insights on which information managers, architects, and management can base their decisions.
You ensure in-depth content, investigate complex issues, and visualize processes, information needs, information flows, bottlenecks, and dependencies in a coherent manner. You help the organization to properly understand the problem and information need before choosing solutions. You play an important role in agile working, support the product owner, lead workshops, and actively involve business representatives in the agile working method.
This lays the foundation for an information provision that optimally meets the needs of the organization.

Profile
You are analytically strong and curious about how organizations actually function. You don't just accept a question or proposed solution, but you ask further: what problem are we solving, what objective are we supporting, how does the process currently run, and what information is needed for it? You bring structure to complex situations, quickly see connections, and can distinguish between main and secondary issues.
You can bring different interests together and convincingly explain your analyses to both employees and senior management. In addition, you are organizationally sensitive, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a large and partly hierarchical organization.
