A municipal organization requires specialized external expertise for the independent management and supervision of tree specifications execution in accordance with the UAV. The assignment relates to various specifications, including pruning maintenance, felling, planting, and watering of trees, as well as mowing activities.
Additionally, the substantive assessment and handling of Public Space Reports (MOR) within the field of trees, insofar as they relate to the aforementioned assignment, are part of the agreed activities.
What you do
- Substantively assess and handle Public Space Reports (MOR) within the field of trees, insofar as they relate to the assignment.
- Supervise pruning maintenance of trees.
- Supervise tree felling.
- Supervise tree planting.
- Supervise tree watering.
- Supervise mowing activities.
- Monitor the execution and control of the assignment.
- Ensure that the agreed activities are carried out in accordance with contractual agreements and specifications.
- Timely signal and record deviations, risks, and points of attention during execution.
- Substantively and contractually handle findings within the specifications.
What they ask
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Tree Handbook, by means of a data inspector, controller certificate, or basic training.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with project management in the green sector.
- In possession of a driving license (B).
Wishes.
- Demonstrably completed education at a minimum of mbo4 level in the direction of Green / Cultural Technology with at least 1 additional course concerning tree maintenance.
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrable work experience with project management for green maintenance, tree felling, planting, and pruning.
- In possession of a BVC/VTA certificate.
- In possession of a Nature Conservation Act Level 2 certificate.
- Demonstrable work experience with Tree Asset / Geo Visia.
Profile
You independently manage and supervise the execution of tree specifications in accordance with the UAV and the agreed contractual conditions. You bring specialized knowledge and experience in the field of project management, supervision, tree specifications, and the UAV. Within the agreed frameworks, you independently determine how you execute the assignment and organize your own deployment, planning, and activities. There is no daily operational or hierarchical management.
In the context of this assignment, you do not provide hierarchical leadership to the client's employees.
