This assignment focuses on defining an operating model for Agentic AI within the IT project and application delivery of a technology organization.
What you do
- Define the target operating model for Agentic AI within IT project and application delivery
- Identify activities for AI agents versus human responsibilities, including human-in-the-loop controls, auditability
- Integrate the operating model into established governance frameworks, roles, and release planning
- Design a controlled Agentic AI-enabled delivery flow covering architecture, development, security reviews
- Translate the target model into requirements for the existing toolchain to ensure end-to-end traceability
- Support pilot use cases and formulate recommendations for further industrialization and scaling
What they ask
- 8+ years of experience in IT governance, project delivery, and Agile software delivery
- Expert knowledge of PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile methodologies
- Proven expertise in Generative AI, AI agents, and agentic workflows
- Deep experience designing operating models, governance processes, roles
- Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, release management, and DevOps ways of working
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans) and ServiceNow
- Experience with AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration, or LLM governance
- Skilled in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication across management and technical teams
- Fluent in English with professional working proficiency in Dutch or French
Nice-to-haves.
- Knowledge of Architecture Decision Records, APIs, and integration architecture
- Experience with LLM observability tools
