A production company with international activities is actively seeking an After-Sales Service File Manager. This is an interim assignment with the possibility of extension.
What you do
- Various contacts (telephone and written) with clients: organization and follow-up of on-site technician interventions (planned and urgent interventions)
- Contacts (telephone and written) with technicians: planning and preparation of interventions
- Internal contacts for file management (commercial department, warehouse, technical support, accounting, production, etc.)
- Complete administrative file management, from offer to invoicing (encoding of parts needed, shipping and follow-up - invoicing of interventions)
- Administrative management of breakdowns and complaints
- Various administrative tasks
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in executive assistance or an equivalent qualification.
- You have excellent command of French and Italian, both oral and written.
- You have good command of IT tools (Excel, ERP, etc.).
- You are rigorous, stress-resistant, and possess excellent communication skills.
