We are looking for a Works Coordinator (OPC) for an assignment on a large-scale agri-food construction site. You will be the on-site representative of the project manager, present 5 days a week to ensure the proper execution of the works. This structuring project involves the construction of a food production unit, consisting of several important buildings: production buildings (packaging, shipping), storage areas (drystore, negative cold storage), specialized equipment, as well as civil works (VRD) and STEPS.
What you do
- Be the "eyes" of the project manager on the ground and supervise the daily activity of subcontractors
- Ensure the coordination of interventions and adherence to schedules
- Guarantee the application of safety rules on the construction site
- Write weekly activity reports
- Manage the administrative and technical progress of the works
- Master the challenges related to civil works (VRD), concrete structures, and specialized installations (cold)
Profile
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an OPC or site manager, ideally on large-scale industrial projects (e.g., in agri-food, logistics, or sectors with thermal challenges)
