As an artistic director, you will, together with the head of studies, guide the next development phase of a Circus & Performance Art program. You bring a clear artistic vision and translate it into a future-proof profile, a distinctive curriculum, and a strong connection with the national and international professional field. You will work closely with teachers, students, alumni, and external partners. You are the content-driven initiator of the transition and know how to involve people in change.
