What you do
As an HR Consultant, you will learn a recruitment process from A to Z: from discovering the profile the client needs to following up with the new team member. Your tasks will include:
- Recruitment and matchmaking: not only based on CV, but also on personality and cultural fit
- Conducting in-depth interviews: asking questions until you truly understand someone
- Performing, interpreting, and explaining assessments to get to know a candidate in depth
- Becoming the trusted advisor for clients, providing qualitative and honest recruitment advice
- Following up with new team members
Profile
- Bachelor's degree, with a passion for HR
- Eager to learn, grow, and aim higher
- Genuinely curious about people and what drives them
- Quick to adapt and strong in both communication and administration

- A team player who also enjoys working independently
