Within a department of Urban Management and Vital Districts of a government organization, the improper use of land is being addressed on a project basis. Additional support is needed due to increasing workload.
What you will do.
- Provide support during resident visits, including reporting.
- Process and administratively handle agreements made.
- Send invitations to residents.
- Handle prescription files.
- Contact residents about land use and explain the available options.
- Finalize files and maintain them in the system.
- Prepare information evenings and professionally inform residents about the approach and next steps.
- Investigate whether the land can be sold or if the organization needs it itself.
- Support the execution of the project under the guidance of a senior project leader.
- Elaborate the inventory of improper land use into concrete agreements and files.
- Perform activities focused on communication with residents and administrative processing.
Profile
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of the interests of various stakeholders.
- Ability to distinguish between main and secondary issues.
What they ask
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrable work experience at a government organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with legal files, land affairs, real estate issues, and/or comparable public law processes.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable completed legal education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with projects related to improper land use.
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrable work experience at a government organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with communication towards residents.
- Demonstrable work experience with legal file handling within land affairs, real estate, and/or public law processes.
