IT Support Officer

• Receiving calls and emails, first-line customer liaison.
• Single Point of Contact for end-users (VIP).
• Conduct swift incident analysis to ensure effective resolution.
• Prioritize first and second-line customer interactions for outstanding first call resolution rates.
• Maintain meticulous records of incident and problem information.
• Provide expert support remotely and on-site to deliver timely solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in reconfiguration and installation of PC environments.

What they ask

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in both English and French, both written and oral.
• IT skills (Windows, AD, MS Office).

Preferences.

• ITIL V4 Foundation certification would be an asset.

• Excellent knowledge of English - Level C1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing.
• Excellent knowledge of French - Level B2 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills, communicate effectively and know how to adapt communication to interlocutors.
