Quality Manager

This assignment offers the opportunity to take the Quality department of a leading company in functional dairy products to the next level. You will join an organization deeply rooted in its region, while benefiting from the strength and prospects of a leading international group. The focus is on innovation and fostering a strong quality culture.
What you will do.
- You will take responsibility for a team of 25 employees, including 4 direct managers (Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Factory Quality, and Laboratory).
- You will manage the site's quality management system and guide its evolution in line with the organization's strategic directions.
- You will be a key player in innovation and new product development projects, anticipating the quality implications they entail.
- You will support your teams and foster a true quality culture at all levels of the company.
- You will ensure the maintenance and renewal of certifications such as FSSC 22000 and other standards, and manage internal and external audits.
- In your role as Food Safety Team Leader, you will guarantee the performance of the food safety management system.
- You will manage quality and food safety crisis management, as well as product withdrawal and recall procedures.
- Through relevant performance indicators, you will manage Quality performance, ensuring the achievement of set objectives and adherence to defined budgets.
- You will guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring product quality control, handling non-conformities and complaints, and complying with applicable regulatory requirements.
- You will support management on issues related to quality, food safety, compliance, and risk management.

What they ask
- Master's degree in Quality, Agri-food, Food Science and Technology, Bioengineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in a similar role within the agri-food industry.
- Knowledge of the nutrition or baby food sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in quality standards and systems (IFS, FSSC22000...).
- Proficiency in tools and processes related to audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Fluent professional English.
