A team leader is sought for the warehouse of an internationally oriented logistics player with a large site, for a fixed late or early shift.
What you do
- After an induction period, you are responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating 10-20 warehouse employees
- You train new colleagues
- You create the work schedule
- You are constantly engaged in proactive improvements, ready to advise and assist your employees
- You continue to work operationally within the team
Profile
- Eagerness to get started is more important than experience
- The position is for a fixed late or early shift; during your training period, you will work a day shift
- You are a people-person
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English languages
- You have your own transport, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
