An organization aims for a leading position in the sustainable energy market for buildings. Digitalization and flexibility are key themes. As Product Manager Digital Products & Flex, you will shape this area, from asset connectivity and energy management systems to flexible services, battery storage, and smart control on the energy market. You will lead a cross-functional product team and report to the Manager Product and Energy Management.
You will collaborate closely with other product managers, each responsible for their own product category.
What you do
- Develop and manage the product roadmap for digitalization and flexibility, ensuring coherence with the broader product portfolio.
- Translate market developments, customer needs, and regulatory changes into concrete propositions and product choices.
- Lead the development of flexible services on the installed base, including setting up business cases and financial justifications for investment decisions.
- Drive the development of data models for optimizing engineering and energy flows.
- Determine how assets are connected and controlled: from asset connectivity to energy management systems, translating this into standardized solutions and implementation guides.
- Lead pilots and implementations, ensuring successful scaling.
What they ask
- Experienced product professional with experience in the energy sector and a keen eye for where technology and market intersect.
- Knowledge of leading a cross-functional product team, engaging stakeholders, and transforming abstract ideas into launched products.
- University level (WO) working and thinking ability, preferably in a technical, energy, or business administration direction.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, partly in product management, program management, or a similar connecting role in the energy sector.
- Experience with or strong demonstrable affinity for digitalization, flexible services, battery storage, or energy management systems.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect: between technology, commerce, and the organization.
- Affinity with AI applications and willingness to actively use them in your field of work.
