An accreditation body is continuously looking for external specialists to assess conformity-declaring organizations and laboratories.
What you do
- After a thorough onboarding process, you will be deployed as a medical immunology assessor
- You will conduct annual NEN-EN-ISO 15189 assessments at hospital laboratories
- The commitment is for at least two to three assessments per year
What they ask
- Expertise in medical immunology, including research into immunodeficiencies, autoimmune diseases, auto-inflammatory conditions, allergic diseases, hematological malignancies, lymphoproliferative diseases, and monitoring of immunomodulatory therapy
- Completed academic education
- Minimum of two years of work experience as a medical immunologist in an accredited laboratory or a laboratory in the process of accreditation
- Membership of the CMI (College of Medical Immunologists)
- Preferably some experience with (internal) audits
- Impartial, independent, and honest attitude
