This assignment involves the management, maintenance, and modernization of maritime infrastructure, such as bridges and locks, within a public infrastructure organization. The focus is on Operational Technology (OT) and critical industrial automation systems, including PLC and SCADA systems.
What you will do.
- Manage the OT systems for infrastructure controls
- Implement Cyber Security measures according to NIS and NIS2 standards
- Update and patch various systems, including PLCs, I/O systems, sensors, PCs, SCADA software, engineering software, OPC (Kepware), speed controllers, UPS, and variable traffic signs
- Perform program adjustments on PLC and SCADA systems

The assignment will be carried out in an environment characterized by:
- A critical nature, related to infrastructure activities
- A high-tech context of industrial automation
- A strongly regulated framework, with attention to cybersecurity and service continuity
- A full on-site presence

- Master's degree in electromechanics or automation
- Demonstrable experience with relevant technology or similar technology
- Demonstrable experience with Siemens Step 7 classic
- Demonstrable experience with Siemens TIA portal
- Demonstrable experience with Siemens WinCC V7/8
- Fluent in spoken and written Dutch
- Proficient in technical English
