System Engineer Intune & SCCM

• Evaluate backend and endpoint infrastructure to define upgrades, changes, and expansion proposals.
• Perform feasibility studies and evaluate hardware and software solutions to meet infrastructure needs.
• Develop technical designs aligned with specific architecture requirements for end-user devices.
• Implement hardware and software upgrades to support new projects and enhance existing systems.
• Provide high-level support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure following ITIL methodologies.
• Advise stakeholders on technical possibilities and limitations within the existing technology stack.
• Collaborate on improving procedures and workflows within the department and specific projects.

What they ask

• 10+ years of experience in system engineering within large-scale environments managing over 100,000 endpoints.
• Expert knowledge of Intune, including MDM, MAM, BYOD, Conditional Access Policies, and Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite.
• In-depth expertise in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), focusing on software management and task sequences.
• Experience with infrastructure stacks across Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and GPO management.
• Broad expertise in Azure, Office 365, and security tools like Windows Defender.
• Proficient in scripting with PowerShell and VBScript.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Bachelor's degree and certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or MCSD.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with very good English.

Nice to haves.

• Experience with ServiceNow and PM² methodologies.
• Knowledge of third-party MDM solutions like Knox or KAI.
• Familiarity with patching tools such as PatchMyPC.
• Proactive ability to maintain security processes and standards aligned with business objectives.
