As a behavioral scientist at a municipal organization, you support and advise case managers within the social domain on diverse and complex support questions. Together with a fellow behavioral scientist, a practical supervisor, and the content coordinator, you contribute to the substantive quality, professional development, and professional growth of the case managers.

- Supporting professionals in methodical and reflective work
- Contributing ideas on complex family problems and applying systemic thinking
- Deepening knowledge of adult support questions and explanatory analysis
Profile
We are looking for an experienced and connecting behavioral scientist who is resilient and energized by supporting and coaching professionals in complex casework. You possess strong analytical skills, view issues from a systemic perspective, and can connect different perspectives. You are communicatively skilled, reflective, and able to help professionals in a coaching manner. You have an eye for both the substantive problem and the professional behind the case.
Additionally, you are willing to broaden your knowledge and expertise to adult support questions and integral issues within the social domain.
