Psychiatrist

You will work in an innovative, self-managing team where professionalism, humor, trust, and equality are central.

• You are energized by a lot of autonomy, room for initiative, and shaping good, person-centered care together with colleagues.
• A multidisciplinary and self-managing team works outreach in a multicultural neighborhood. The team consists of a psychiatric nurse, nurse, mental health social worker, GZ psychologist, nurse specialist/system therapist, and social worker.
• The team treats adults with long-term psychiatric vulnerabilities who struggle in various areas of life. The focus is on the strengths and possibilities of clients, and finding treatment and support that align with their needs and living environment. Increasing self-reliance is central.
• The client's network is actively involved, and there is close collaboration with general practitioners and other involved professionals in the neighborhood.
• Emphasis is placed on multidisciplinary consultation, intervision, and joint training. There are also consultation moments with psychiatrists and lead practitioners from other teams.
• Work is exclusively within office hours. For crisis care outside office hours, clients can rely on the organized care, and there is intensive collaboration with chain partners.
• In our treatment, we use, among other things, the Yucel method, cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Health. Each team member brings their own expertise, such as EMDR, systemic therapy, and mindfulness.
