You are the link between business and IT for an international technology environment.
- You drive IT delivery, optimize processes, and connect technical teams with the business.
- You play an important role in the management and further development of business-critical digital platforms.
- This is a hands-on role that brings structure, manages priorities, and ensures efficient collaboration and results from IT teams.
What you do
- Coordinate daily IT activities and ensure predictable and efficient delivery of digital solutions.
- Work closely with Solution Owners, Developers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and various business stakeholders.
- Coordinate IT delivery, roadmaps, planning, priorities, and software releases.
- Monitor progress, deadlines, risks, and dependencies between different teams.
- Coordinate daily IT operations within multiple digital platforms.
- Support incident, problem, and change management.
- Align business needs with technical teams and available capacity.
- Support capacity planning and resource management.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks within IT delivery.
- Optimize processes, tools, and operational efficiency.
- Report on progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
What they ask
- Demonstrable experience in IT Delivery Management, IT Project Management, Product Operations, or IT Service Management.
- Good knowledge of software development processes and IT operations.
- Experience coordinating multiple IT projects, teams, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery processes.
- Experience with capacity planning, risk management, and progress reporting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- You bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

- Experience with B2C platforms or digital products.
- Background in digital media or subscription services.
- Experience with platform migrations or digital transformations.
- Experience within international and multidisciplinary IT teams.
