As an Operating Room Assistant at a healthcare institution, you play a key role in the operating room. You ensure that operations run smoothly, assist and instrument a wide range of procedures, and are a reliable link for the doctors and the OR team. You will work in a professional and dynamic environment where almost all specialisms are represented – with the exception of cardiac and thoracic surgery. The diversity of patients and operations keeps the work challenging and varied.
The healthcare institution does not provide highly complex care, which means that recently graduated OR assistants are also eligible for this position. The brand new OR complex features six ultra-modern operating rooms, supplemented by an additional OR in a specialized burn center. Together with a close-knit team of approximately 55 operating room assistants, you will work on continuous improvement of care quality and contribute to the unique collaboration with the burn center and hand center.
Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic and communicative OR assistant who works accurately and functions well both in a team and independently. You are flexible, stress-resistant, and always put the patient first.
