For an organization with a complex IT environment, an experienced Business IT Consultant is sought to support an extensive selection, contracting, and implementation process. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, IT, and external suppliers. You will support business analyses, market explorations, and supplier selections, and translate complex issues into concrete requirements, analyses, and decision-making frameworks.
What you do
- Support decision-making and selection processes
- Conduct market explorations, RFP processes, and supplier comparisons
- Develop business cases, TCO analyses, and migration plans
- Model end-to-end document and process flows
- Perform business and information analyses
- Support procurement, DAP, and contracting activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external implementation partners
- Assess and validate solutions based on requirements and selection criteria
- Analyze business fit, governance, and organizational impact
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Experience with business analysis and information analysis
- Proven experience with selection and supplier comparison processes
- Experience with RFP processes, business cases, and TCO analyses
- Experience with migration and implementation preparation
- Knowledge of contracting, DAP
- Experience with end-to-end process and document modeling
- Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration with external suppliers
