• A government organization is looking for an enthusiastic and flexible developer and trainer Company Social Work (E&T CSW) to strengthen its Expertise Team.

What you will do.

• The organization's E&T CSW Expertise Center supports the company social worker in their professional development by facilitating the implementation and sharing of knowledge and expertise needed to be a learning professional.
• Support for professional questions in the psychosocial domain, such as psychosocial work stress.
• Working project-based on engaging, practice-oriented learning activities that align with the needs of professionals.
• Developing e-learnings.
• Providing lessons/workshops and training for company social workers to expand their expertise.
• Contributing to the adaptation of already developed material.
• Monitoring results and adjusting to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and impact.
• The organization's Company Social Work Service provides company social work to the entire armed forces, post-active veterans, and their home front.
• Providing targeted help to military and civilian personnel with (imminent) psychosocial difficulties.
