A specialized care provider has been active for over 20 years in outpatient care, focusing on (characteristics of) autism. The organization serves clients who can benefit from an autism-friendly approach and also offers guidance for giftedness, acquired brain injury, and AD(H)D. The organization is innovative and growing, with equal attention to employees and clients, and works with regional, independent teams that provide broad care, both individually and in groups, physically and digitally.
What you do
- You work as a coach both ambulant and remotely.
- You manage a fixed group of 12-24 clients (children, youth, and adults) with an indication from a partnership/WMO/Jeugdwet or WLZ, in accordance with the professional code.
- You independently conduct initial interviews, draw up care plans, and perform evaluations.
- You have fixed moments for work consultations, client consultations, and intervision with colleagues.
- You collaborate intensively with the client's network (home, school, work).
- Guidance sessions usually last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, weekly or bi-weekly.
- You schedule appointments with clients yourself, helping them with overview and structure, and teaching them to manage their emotions.
- You are in contact with an average of 4-5 clients per day, both physically and online.
- You conduct discussions with municipalities, mental health institutions, psychologists, and other network partners.
- You update administration, request (re)indications, write care plans, and evaluations.
What they ask
- HBO or university degree in SPH/Pedagogy/MWD/Applied Psychology/SocialWork/CMV or Psychology/Orthopedagogy.
- Ability to work systematically and structured.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Preferably work experience with autism.
- In possession of a B driving license and a car.
- Independent, proactive, flexible, and accurate.
- Experience with digital data processing.
- Available until 8:00 PM for a maximum of 2 days per week.
