You will work as a Product Owner on assignment for organizations with high complexity: government agencies, large corporations, or data-intensive environments where one wrong prioritization can lead to months of delay. You are the link between strategy and delivery, between the management that wants direction and the team that needs to make that direction actionable. You will be employed by a technology company and seconded to clients in sectors such as government, finance, and logistics.
The technology, environment, and priorities of the environments vary; the expectation that you take ownership does not.

What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in complex IT environments
- Demonstrable Agile/Scrum experience; SAFe is a strong plus
- PSPO I and PSPO II certification (additional certifications are a plus)
- Experience within enterprise organizations, government, or infrastructure environments
- Affinity with data-intensive environments and understanding of architecture, integrations, migrations, security, and compliance at a high level
- Completed HBO education (higher professional education)
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English

- Work in expertise teams (squads)
