An Absence Case Manager is sought for an innovative occupational health service. What you will do. As an Absence Case Manager, you are responsible for your own client portfolio. You advise employers and guide them on issues related to absenteeism, reintegration, and sustainable employability. You work closely with managers, employees, and other professionals.
- Guide employers and employees during absenteeism and reintegration processes.
- Advise on the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).
- Activate managers and employees to jointly take control of the reintegration process.
- Conduct absenteeism consultations and joint discussions with employers and employees.
- Provide workshops and training in the field of absenteeism and sustainable employability.
- Collaborate intensively with occupational physicians, occupational experts, and other specialists.
- Contribute to the further development of services and knowledge within the team.
Profile
You are an enthusiastic and client-oriented case manager who enjoys thinking along with both employers and employees. You maintain an overview, communicate easily, and feel comfortable in an independent role with a lot of variety.
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Relevant work experience as an Absence Case Manager or in a similar role.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and a structured way of working.
- A positive attitude and a sense of humor.
