Each manager has a portfolio of approximately 35 to 40 cases and benefits from the support of managers and partners. As part of team development, the fiduciary firm now seeks to strengthen its supervision with an accounting supervisor capable of supporting managers in their daily work, structuring their tasks, and transmitting their experience. The role combines technical expertise, supervision, and organization, with a real proximity to the teams.
What you do
- Supervise and support a team of managers in the daily follow-up of their files
- Monitor the progress of files and ensure compliance with accounting and tax deadlines
- Provide technical support to collaborators facing more complex situations
- Participate in closing meetings and assist managers in the analysis of their files
- Promote the team's skill development through concrete guidance, explanations, and regular follow-up
- Maintain fluid communication with partners and contribute to the general organization of the office
Profile
- You have significant experience in a fiduciary firm and a solid command of Belgian accounting and taxation
- You have already managed or supervised collaborators and appreciate sharing your knowledge
- You are organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, and know how to structure priorities
- You have good communication skills and are comfortable with both clients and teams
- You are pedagogical, accessible, and experienced enough to support different skill levels
- Your ability to combine theoretical vision and operational reality allows you to intervene concretely when files require it
