An organization committed to a society where children with and without disabilities naturally grow up together is looking for a regional coordinator. You will contribute to projects that promote encounter and inclusion.
What you will do.
- Annually draw up a regional plan.
- Recruit and engage partners and volunteers for the collection.
- Train, motivate, and manage (new) volunteers.
- Data management, administrative tasks, and financial control in a CRM system.
- Represent the organization at activities in your region.
- Monitor the regional budget and evaluate activities and results.
Profile
- Affinity with and experience working with volunteers.
- Good communication skills and a representative demeanor.
- Results-oriented and stress-resistant.
- Identifies and utilizes opportunities in the region.
- Digitally skilled and able to effectively use digital tools.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) is a plus.
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends during certain periods.
- Owns a car and resides in the region.
