Talent Acquisition Specialist Officer

• Coordinate your own portfolio of vacancies from A to Z, with a focus on IT profiles.
• Post and manage vacancies online in the ATS and monitor the inflow of applications.
• Screen all CVs, both direct applications and candidates provided by external partners.
• Independently conduct the first intake interviews with candidates and, where necessary, join the second interviews at the office.
• Actively source via a professional recruiter tool to proactively approach hard-to-fill IT profiles.
• Plan and follow up on interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and HR.
• Proactively follow up with hiring managers for timely feedback on CVs and interviews.

Who we are looking for.

• 2 to 10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or HR Officer with a clear recruitment focus.
• Experience with the full recruitment process, from vacancy to offer.
• Experience in recruiting IT profiles is a big plus.
• Proficient knowledge of a professional recruiter tool and an ATS; knowledge of AI tools for recruitment is a strong plus.
• Healthy assertiveness: you dare to follow up with hiring managers and easily pick up the phone.
• Strong team player who enjoys working at a high pace and with high volume.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a big plus.
