You provide practical lessons to technical students and employees from the (process) industry.
- You are responsible for the development and management of your course material.
- You continuously train yourself and stay in touch with companies through company visits and by following the latest trends and developments.
- You act as a contact person with important stakeholders in your field and share your expertise.
- This leads to consultations and agreements to align your course offerings with demand.
Profile
- You have a technical bachelor's or master's degree in mechatronics or electromechanical maintenance technology.
- You have several years of professional experience in a process environment.
- You have knowledge of rotating equipment, drive technologies, and their applications.
- You have sufficient insight into the subject matter to clearly translate theory into practice.
- You have a broad, general interest in technology and automation and are willing to learn.
- You are skilled in communication, both written and oral.
- You are creative and enjoy thinking about new opportunities within your field.
Nice-to-haves.
- You have didactic experience.
- You have an affinity with process safety and operational safety.
- You are fluent in English.
