A Construction Site Manager is sought for a large-scale construction project involving 132 social housing units. In this role, you will be present on site daily and ensure that the works proceed smoothly and efficiently.
What you do
- You manage the internal teams and are the point of contact for the client, architect, and subcontractors.
- You monitor the site planning and adjust where necessary.
- You ensure that materials are present on site in a timely manner, in consultation with the logistics department and project manager.
- You communicate with residents about the planning and progress of the works.
- You participate in site meetings and coordinate decisions with the project manager.
Profile
- You are a strong communicator and comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
- You take initiative and have an entrepreneurial attitude.
- You work in a structured, organized, and solution-oriented manner.
- You preferably have some experience as a site manager within the construction sector.
- You are willing to be present on site 5 days a week.
