What you do
- Define the cyber security initiative strategy, translate it into a prioritized portfolio, and oversee cross-dependencies to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Develop long-term and short/medium-term roadmaps with clear priorities and budgets, then drive day-to-day delivery, removing impediments and ensuring adherence to master plans
- Lead initiatives aligned with established security frameworks and risk management practices, ensuring compliance with group standards and external guidelines
- Interact regularly with senior management and ExCo, aggregating input and translating complex topics like quantum risk and PQC transition into clear, actionable memos
- Support policy improvements and the development of quantum-safe data security frameworks in collaboration with relevant teams
- Drive success across disciplines, navigate technical uncertainty, and tailor messaging for both executives and technical teams
- Break down complex issues such as PQC migration trade-offs, proactively addressing long-term cryptographic risks and immediate vulnerabilities
