Within this assignment, you are responsible for guiding and assessing students during their vocational practical training (BPV) and the final practical examination. You will collaborate with the student and their practical trainer at the training company.
What you will do.
- You will primarily guide students remotely during their BPV and maintain contact with the student and practical trainer.
- You will support the student in achieving learning objectives and provide substantive feedback on their development and progress.
- You will identify when adjustments are needed and coach the student and practical trainer accordingly.
- You will visit the BPV location at the beginning of the BPV period.
- You will assess the student during the final practical examination at the workplace.
Profile
- You have a completed HBO bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or a comparable relevant field.
- You possess extensive and current practical experience within construction and/or infrastructure, preferably as a site manager or in a similar role.
- You have experience in guiding students or demonstrable didactic and educational experience at MBO level or higher.
- You are preferably qualified and/or experienced as a practical examiner.
- You have knowledge of the main outlines of the MBO Construction/Infra Site Manager program and the associated qualification files.
- You are willing to make one or more visits to the student's BPV location if necessary. As these locations can be spread out, you preferably have a driving license and your own transport.
- You possess good communication and social skills and are able to guide students remotely in a pleasant and motivating way.
- You are demonstrably legally independent (e.g., through registration with the Chamber of Commerce and/or the use of a VAT number), and work from your expertise for multiple clients.
