What you do
- Optimize the use of a recently implemented case management system, including continuous development, assigning working methods, tasks, and roles for sustainable embedding.
- Support the project leader in the further implementation of a digital collaboration platform (MS Teams 365), oversee careful implementation, guide adoption, minimize disruptions, and ensure information availability.
- Phase out a replaced case management system, including transferring relevant process information to other systems for sustainable storage and accessibility.
- Monitor the coherence between various developments that are part of the organization's information provision.
- Contribute to the continuous development of a regional tax collaboration, including re-establishing agreements on service provision and collaboration, and determining the definitive scope and staffing requirements.
- Represent the organization in a regional consultation for ICT and information provision, where developments are discussed and proposals for decision-making are prepared.
