What you will do.
- Direct, guide, and advise on spatial challenges
- Work on projects from the development strategy, focused on housing construction
- Work on private initiatives where necessary
- Ensure that advice and procedures proceed carefully and expeditiously
- Combine policy with practice and connect interests
- Collaborate with project leaders, colleagues from various disciplines, and external initiators
- Contribute to the transition of the environmental plan
What they ask
- A completed HBO or university level education in a relevant field
- Current knowledge of the Environmental Act (Omgevingswet) and its application within spatial procedures
- Demonstrable and recent senior experience in guiding planning procedures for spatial projects
Wishes.
- Extensive experience with housing construction projects and infill locations within a municipal organization
- Extensive experience in guiding private spatial initiatives
- Experience with drafting or advising on the environmental vision
