For a growing family business that designs and builds everything in-house, from construction and powder coating to assembly, software, and service, we are looking for a Panel Builder. You will join an environment where common sense, technical interest, and continuous improvement are central.
What you will do.
- You are responsible for the complete assembly of electrical control and distribution panels
- You mechanically prepare the electrical cabinet for mounting
- You place and fasten components according to plan and diagram
- You wire the panels accurately and clearly
- You read and interpret electrical diagrams and apply them correctly
- You fully check the cabinet and finish it neatly
- You monitor the quality of the end result and intervene where necessary
- In the long term, you will actively contribute to technical improvements and optimizations
Profile
- You have an A2 diploma in electricity or equivalent experience
- Reading and understanding electrical diagrams comes naturally to you
- You enjoy working with small parts and have good fine motor skills
- You appreciate order, structure, and a tidy workplace
- You derive satisfaction from quality and correctly finished work
