Benefits Affairs Consultant (with experience as a quality employee)

• Accurately register and account for your work
• Advise and support to improve the quality of the implementation of the Benefits Recovery Act regarding legality and efficiency
• Advise on quality improvement of the primary work process, internal guidelines, systems, work instructions, and ensure accessible information provision
• Contribute to expertise development and knowledge sharing
• Participate in the WHT working group

• Demonstrable work experience as a Benefits Affairs Consultant
• Excellent conversational skills, including stress-sensitive service provision

What they ask

• Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level in the direction of SJD, MWD
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years as a quality employee within a government organization

Preferences.

• Demonstrable work experience in the past 2 years with the systems JOIN, CivSam
• Demonstrable work experience with Office 365
• Demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a quality employee within a government organization (more than 6 years scores higher)
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable work experience in the past 3 years as a benefits affairs consultant within a government organization
• Demonstrable knowledge and/or work experience of/in a specific region
