You are the link between software and customer success. For educational institutions, trainers, and government organizations, you are the face of the organization: you understand their processes and ensure they work independently and happily with the software. The role is twofold: functionally, you map processes, configure the software, and train users; technically, you ensure data flows in and out of the platform and that integrations with other systems work.
You are part of a team of consultants and work on a project basis.
What you will do.
- Guide customers through the entire implementation process of software products.
- Map customer requirements, translate them into the best configuration, and deliver what has been agreed upon.
- Help existing customers get more out of their solution, advise them, and make concrete follow-up agreements.
- Monitor scope and planning, provide training and handovers.
- Complete projects within the agreed timeframe.
- Hand over to Customer Support and liaise with product teams for requests outside standard SaaS software.
- Monitor customer satisfaction during and after the project.
- Document customer configurations and processes, share knowledge with the team.
- Travel to customers and occasionally work onsite.
What they ask
- HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) work and thinking level.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with software implementation, consulting, or project trajectories, preferably in a SaaS or EdTech environment.
- Strong analytical skills: quickly understand customer processes and align software accordingly.
- Strong communicator, fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Structured and process-oriented: plan, organize, monitor scope, and take ownership.
- Commercially aware: recognize opportunities with the customer and translate them into concrete follow-up agreements.
- Technically proficient: understand (SaaS) software, APIs, integrations, and data structures at a functional level.
- Flexible: quickly switch between customers, projects, and priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to travel to customers and work onsite where necessary.
- Affinity with EdTech, education, or assessment is a plus.
Practical
- A VOG (Certificate of Conduct) application is part of the procedure.
- It is required to live in the Netherlands and be authorized to work in the Netherlands. No visa or relocation support is provided.
