What you will do.

• You will take a key role in the further development and evolution of a suite of business-critical applications used in real-time operational environments.
• You will remain strongly hands-on in both backend and frontend development, primarily working with.NET and Angular.
• You will guide technical choices, improve existing implementations, and help shape upcoming solutions.
• You will challenge current approaches where needed and translate complex technical topics into clear and pragmatic proposals.
• A major part of the role is technical leadership: you will support and coach other developers, promote knowledge sharing, and help maintain high standards in code quality, maintainability, and software design.
• You will work closely with analysts, architects, testers, and other developers within an Agile/Scrum setup.
• You will also keep a close eye on delivery, scope, and technical risks, identifying dependencies, architectural concerns, or implementation issues early to help the team move towards robust and sustainable solutions.
