IT Servicepoint Employee
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first or second line of contact for all IT-related questions from employees within an organization. You help internal employees with various IT-related questions and problems. Together with a team of internal and external colleagues, you ensure that incidents are resolved quickly and customer-focused via phone, chat, Teams, and the service portal.
Thanks to your proactive attitude and customer-oriented approach, you make an important contribution to an optimal user experience.
What you will do.
- Receiving, registering, and resolving IT reports via phone, chat, Teams, and the service portal.
- Providing support for incidents related to hardware, software, Active Directory, and KPN services.
- Installing, configuring, and issuing laptops, smartphones, and other IT resources.
- Correctly registering incidents, changes, and solutions.
- Drawing up and maintaining clear work instructions and documentation.
- Identifying trends, recurring malfunctions, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal service groups and colleagues to resolve complex incidents.
- Contributing to high customer satisfaction through professional and service-oriented service delivery.
What they ask
- A completed MBO 4 ICT education or an MBO 3 ICT education with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with or knowledge of Active Directory, hardware, software, and service desk activities.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- A proactive work attitude and an eye for quality.
