You will work as a project leader on renovation and maintenance projects from A to Z for a renowned construction company. What you will do.
- Manage and coordinate renovation and maintenance projects from start to completion
- Draw up and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure clear communication
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on the construction site
- Monitor safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment
- Identify risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks during execution
- Provide reports and progress meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure correct administrative processing of projects

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience as a project leader in renovation and maintenance projects
- A completed HBO-level education (higher professional education) in civil engineering or construction engineering
