Facilities & Housing Contract Manager

You will work for a public educational institution in the Netherlands.

• The role involves hybrid work: partly at the office, partly at various educational and work locations in the region, and partly from home.
• You will regularly visit locations and suppliers to stay close to the service delivery.

What they ask

• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably in facility management, real estate, business administration, purchasing, or a comparable field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience with contract and supplier management.
• Experience with facility services and/or housing is a plus.
• Experience with managing KPIs, SLAs, performance, risks, and financial agreements.
• Experience with the CATS CM methodology is a plus; the opportunity to follow the training through the organization is offered.
• Analytical, results-oriented, and organization-sensitive.
• Good at connecting different interests, communicating clearly, and negotiating professionally.
• Dares to address suppliers and internal clients.
• Works structured and independently, but actively seeks collaboration.
• Experience with AFAS for contract management and knowledge of tenders, contract law, sustainability, and/or working within a large educational or social organization are a plus.
