You will play a key role in the energy transition. You will work on the expansion of a high-voltage substation. This project involves civil engineering works, safety, logistics, and collaboration.
What you will do.
- Daily management of activities on and around the high-voltage substation.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and planned execution.
- Point of contact for colleagues, subcontractors, suppliers, and other involved parties.
- Monitor progress, manage execution teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, and production.
- Continuously monitor the environment, planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- This project involves multiple complex phases, including the removal of existing installations, placement of temporary facilities, and eventual replacement with new permanent provisions.
- Ensure that the energy supply remains guaranteed and careful coordination between all parties is essential.
- Ensure that on-site execution proceeds in a controlled and safe manner.
- Contribute to the expansion of a high-voltage substation, essential for the future energy supply of a major port region.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor, assistant supervisor, or similar role within infrastructure, road construction, or civil engineering.
- Experience in managing employees, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Affinity with energy, infrastructure, or civil projects.
- MBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure.
- Strong safety awareness and the ability to engage people in this.
- Organizational talent that maintains an overview of multiple activities simultaneously.
- Cost-conscious and results-oriented, with an eye for quality and planning.
