You will have a lot of responsibility within a dynamic technical organization.
What you do
- Manage and coordinate various maintenance contracts.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients.
- Ensure that maintenance and service activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.
- Prepare maintenance plans and multi-year maintenance plans (MJOP).
- Handle the necessary work preparation.
- Monitor the progress, quality, and financial results of contracts.
- Maintain contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare quotations for additional work.
- Ensure correct administrative processing of contracts.
- Check work orders, time registrations, and purchase invoices.
- Prepare technical, financial, and management reports.
- Optimally manage maintenance contracts and ensure reliable service.
Profile
- Completed MBO-4 or HBO education, preferably in Installation Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Experience in service, maintenance, or contract management.
- Technical insight and strong organizational skills.
- A customer-oriented and strong communicative attitude.
- Commercial insight and a sense for planning and finance.
- Knowledge of building-related installations is a plus.
