Within the Supervision & Assessment division, with over 700 colleagues, the focus is on safe and reliable mobility.
What you will do.
- Be integrally responsible for a department with 16 inspection locations.
- Translate strategy into operations and convert divisional goals into concrete results.
- Provide direction for professionalization and innovation, including organizational development and renewing working methods.
- Strengthen collaboration within and outside the organization.
- Realize a new organizational structure and break existing patterns.
- Bring movement to dormant files and make clear, careful decisions.

- Completed university education (WO) level or higher.

- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a department manager with complex change processes.
- Demonstrable work experience with organizational development, modernization of locations, renewing working methods, and strengthening collaboration.
Practical
- Willingness to regularly visit inspection locations and travel.
