What you will do. You will set up, manage, and deliver complex projects. Predominantly tactical and operational: you translate an assignment into a feasible plan, organize collaboration between disciplines, and maintain control over progress, quality, budget, and planning along the way. A large part of your work involves building support. Within the organization, almost every project touches multiple interests simultaneously. You bring these perspectives together without losing sight of the course.

- You set up and realize projects within the frameworks of time, budget, and quality.
- You translate project assignments into concrete plans, milestones, budgets, and resources.
- You set up project control and monitor progress, quality, and results in every phase.
- You coordinate collaboration between various disciplines and stakeholders.
- You anticipate risks and bottlenecks and intervene before they affect the planning.
- You prepare decision-making and advise steering committees with substantiated information.
- You embed project results in operational processes, ensuring they endure.
What they ask You are an experienced project manager who independently manages complex projects in an industrial, technical, or production environment — and who makes decisions within project frameworks without constantly having to go back to the drawing board.
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience as a project manager, demonstrable in an industrial, technical, or production environment.
- Experience with complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and project control.
- Experience with project plans, budgets, and reports.
- Strong analytical skills: reducing complex issues to a feasible route.
- Experience with stakeholder management at tactical and operational level.
Preferences.
- PRINCE2 and/or IPMA or a comparable certification.
- Experience within a large industrial organization.
