What you do
As an Intercedent, you are the connecting link between candidates and employers in SMEs.
- Recruit, select, and guide candidates
- Conduct intake, evaluation, and advisory interviews
- Write and publish attractive job advertisements
- Maintain and expand client relationships, including visiting clients on-site
- Identify and utilize commercial opportunities
- Approach potential new clients and identify commercial opportunities
- Process contracts, time registrations, and other administrative tasks
Sales plays an important role; you identify commercial opportunities, approach potential clients, and regularly go out for introductory and advisory meetings. You expand existing relationships and initiate new collaborations. You also support flexible employees and ensure correct administrative processes.

- MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level
- Experience in recruitment, employment mediation, sales, or customer contact
- Driving license B
