The project is a collaboration between a local government and a religious organization, with funding from involved ministries.

What you will do.

Manage the project office and lead a multidisciplinary team.
Act as the official point of contact for national government organizations within the framework of the project.
Ensure progress reports to the steering committee and the working group of national government organizations.
Coordinate local projects in collaboration with municipalities and social organizations.
Strategically contribute to utilizing unused spaces and setting up new initiatives.
Promote collaboration between local authorities, social partners, and volunteers.
Resolve organizational and administrative bottlenecks.
Stimulate local support through inspiring communication and engagement.
Contribute to future-proof governance of the project.
Maintain relationships with all stakeholders at local, provincial, and national levels.

You are the link between the organization and its stakeholders, including the steering committee and the working group of national government organizations.
You understand the administrative processes and interests within local, provincial, and national government organizations and know how to navigate them effectively.
You are results-oriented and capable of delivering projects within set timelines and budgets.
You have a hands-on mentality and dare to take initiative in complex situations.
You are a connecting personality who promotes collaboration between different parties.
Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular office hours.
With your enthusiasm and creativity, you know how to inspire people.
Excellent communication skills, with the right ‘tone of voice’ at all levels.

What they ask

Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 7 years as a project manager within a local government.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with the local approach to displaced persons/refugees.
Demonstrable work experience with the specific social project.

Preferences.

Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of WO bachelor level.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a project manager within a local government where there was concrete collaboration with the national government.
Demonstrable work experience with physical and digital marketing regarding participation.
Demonstrable work experience with retaining and strengthening ambassadors.
Demonstrable work experience within a local government.
