You will be responsible for managing and assessing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) within an organization with both office and industrial environments.
What you will do.
- Collaborate with ICT and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into practical, effective solutions.
- Develop procedures for security governance to improve clarity and collaboration within the ICT team.
- Analyze and document business and security requirements based on NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/2 and IEC 62443, keeping them up to date where necessary.
- Assess existing infrastructure and business systems in collaboration with application, operations, and business teams.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that are both effective and practically feasible.
Profile
- At least five years of experience in ICT security and functional analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define problems, clarify requirements, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Good knowledge of NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/2, and IEC 62443.
- Understanding of application and infrastructure architecture.
- Ability to investigate technical environments in detail to support troubleshooting, diagnosis, and impact analysis.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to ask targeted questions and explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Fluency in either Dutch or French (spoken) and English (written).
Nice to have.
- Experience as an ISO 27001 auditor.
