You support residents with a mild intellectual disability (MID) and represent specialized knowledge within a multidisciplinary team.
- You help shape a new regional approach.

What you will do.
- You will be part of a new specialized team.
- You support residents with a mild intellectual disability who often also face challenges in other areas of their lives.
- You help them structure their lives, make healthier choices, and actively participate in society.
- You will work according to the Lifewise methodology.
- For complex situations, you can rely on the expertise of a behavioral specialist from the specialized care organization.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level and at least a completed MBO (intermediate vocational education) level 4 care diploma.
- Experience with the target group (ambulatory experience is a plus).
- Flexibility, patience, and a positive outlook.
- Driving license and personal vehicle.
- Genuine interest and empathy for vulnerable adults with complex care needs.
